Wannabe dictators like Trump fear the real media. They lose control of the narrative.

Yet, the press is still boosting false equalities. Somehow their narrative is to blame Elizabeth Warren for correctly believing that she has Native American ancestry.

The press is not what it was. Oh. Wait. It was never really what it was. Yellow Journalism, anyone? Now all they do is look at the internet and copy what they see and call it journalism. Any real journalism is lost in the pile of poop!

Bush Senior bailed out of his aircraft and left his crew to die. “W” deserted the Texas National Guard. Both started wars, but at least didn’t call for attacking Americans, or the press. Trump is the yellow-backed-spineless-cuckoo calling for attacks on Americans, immigrants, and of course body slamming, or killing, AMERICAN RESIDENTS or CITIZENS in the press is perfectly alright if they call him out on his lies, corruption, filth, or well, truth. It’s time for all his supporters to be body slammed at the polls next month, and take away his base. Then, maybe have King Kong catch him in Trump Tower, and body slam him to the avenue below. All praise the ape!!

I have warned before, violence works in their favor. Don’t forget the Reich Wingers and their hand maids are in office controlling the bulk of govt. What is to stop them from sending in one of our kill squads like the 101st to “lay down the law”?

Of course, back in those days the newspaper ownership was spread all across the political spectrum. Most cities had at least 2 local papers and often several more. By reading from those with opposing views a person had a reasonable chance at finding some balance.

As media ownership consolidated over the last 40-50 years the political flavor became more and more monolithic. The bias in both reporting and editorial content is pronounced.

Today, 90%-95% of the media is owned and controlled by people on the left side of the political divide. It is only the advent of talk radio and the internet that has reopened the channels to news and opinion that differs from the MSM slant.

I love the way Condor spins the facts.

“Sinclair Broadcast Group owns access to over 70% of American homes via local t.v. stations and radio stations.”

Ooooh. And they have remote control that forces every home to tune in.

Sinclair’s acquisition of many broadcast outlets is a very recent development. 10 years ago they were a nothing.

However, my post clearly stated “Today, 90%-95% of the media is owned and controlled by people on the left side of the political divide.”

Apparently Condor doesn’t think the newspapers, print or digital, are considered to be part of the “media”. The only venue in which conservative opinion has a dominant position is talk radio. Broadcast and cable offerings are dominated by the left. Newspapers are approaching 100% ownership by the left.
