We do need an impeachment process to enforce that RULE OF LAW.

The election is to decide who will be president. The impeachment is to decide if crimes have been committed (rule of law). Two different questions.

Clearly the one phone call to Ukraine — an abridged transcript (this is what Trump admitted; what is in the part they left out?) — proves TWO crimes were committed:

It is a felony to solicit foreign influence in a United States election. It is a felony to commit extortion.

Solicitation of foreign influence in the 2020 presidential election (Explicit): Immediately after a recitation of past U.S. aid and the fact that almost $400 million in aid is being held up: “I need a favor, though…” Just the ask is a felony, with or without any pressure or any quid pro quo.

Extortion — the “shakedown” (Implicit): We have given much aid in the past. Almost $400 million in aid has already been appropriated by Congress and I am holding it up. “I need a favor, though.” Trump does not direct say, “You give me this, I’ll give you that” (quid pro quo; tit for tat). But the implied connection is clear. “Nice little country you got here. Shame if anyone let the Russians take it over cuz no one provided the military aid you needed.”

We need an election to vote Trump out.

We need an impeachment to hold Trump accountable for crimes to stand up for the RULE OF LAW.

Tяцmp can’t last until Nov. 2020. While the details are certainly important, at this point the overarching reality is that Tяцmp’s is effectively a zombie presidency. Functionally, it’s over. Tяцmp hasn’t the moxie or resources to resurrect his failed presidency in any practical sense whatsoever. More and more, the U. S. finds itself worse than leaderless. The desperate and degenerate “President” is fully under siege and he and his remaining few henchmen are reduced to holding the Oval Office hostage. This can not continue. There may still be a few remaining options as to how this fiasco ends, but in any case it can not end well, at all, for Tяцmp & Co. On the other hand, it necessarily MUST end, and soon!, for the U. S., the world, and our posterity.

You can vote for LOYAL AMERICANS, that uphold the U.S. Constitution, believe in the Rule of Law, and Support America… or you can vote republican. Sad to say, but THAT IS THE REAL CHOICE IN 2020.

How stable is “Rule of Law” in a legislature that toggles between two mutually exclusive opposing parties?

How fair is “Rule of Law” that doe not deliver equal justice for all?

Is “Rule of Law” just an empty promise in an opposing, obstructive, non-consensual Congress?

In a 2012 survey by the Center for the Study of the American Dream, 85% of respondents did not know the meaning of the term “rule of law”. Maybe things have improved since then, but I’m inclined to doubt it.

Funny – I thought the majority of the voters in the 2016 election voted AGAINST Trump. See where that got us…

Toles is illustrating my biggest fear: How any voter could be undecided (or for that matter willing to vote for the top choice) is beyond my ability to understand… but apparently there are many who don’t understand my viewpoint.
