Actually, I’ve long wanted to see how cats adapt to free fall. Give them a cage with carpeted sides so they’ve got something to grip, and large enough that they can move around and see how long it takes them to adapt. Of course, feline wastes are going to be a problem, but if they can manage with small rodents, they should be able to manage with cats.
