I received my “Sluggo is lit” tee shirt in the mail yesterday. I plan to wear it to the dump this weekend and connect with heretofore unknown Nancy fans. My niece gave me a Clemson sweatshirt a year ago. I didn’t realize that wearing it would mean that all of the Clemson fans in the world would greet me warmly and say things like “Go Tigers.” I’ll report next week on the state of Nancy Fandom out here in the provinces. My guess is that the only response I get is from the crickets.
I grow more and more fond of the teacher’s efforts. She tricks Nancy into learning despite Nancy’s vehement desire to not do so. The teacher is definitely my favorite new character added by Olivia. Do not get me wrong, though… I have been enjoying the new friends as well.
I am really considering getting a “Sluggo is Lit” t-shirt. But, even though the image at the bottom of the comic shows it in green, gray and black, it seems on the site that only green or black is available. I would like to get a color graphic one on gray. If anyone has gotten the green one… is the material a heavyweight t-shirt material, or a thin t-shirt material? I may have to settle for green (but only if it is heavyweight).

It appears that “17-5” and “4” has replaced “16-4” and “3” on the blackboard again. Perhaps there will be a new set of numbers each school year?
