    Nah, Alfred E. wouldn’t worry, he’d run in 2020.

Don’t worry, you actually enjoy working instead of living off welfare.

It’s been worse in the past…the media just didn’t report it during the spineless years.

Alfred E. Newman…. you haven’t aged a day in over 60 years! But then again, you’ve never lived in times like these. Well, Nixon… but still – at least he was a smart crook.

I’ve noticed Dave Whammond becoming progressively more political in the comics since about a year ago. This is full political.

If the world situation now has even Alfred E. Newman (III?) worried, then it is really bad.

And So It Goes  over 5 years ago

Look at what we had to vote for in 2016. The best man won because the best woman lost. If we were given exceptional candidates to vote for, that would actually attempt to bring reason out of the nonsense that always goes on in DC, we wouldn’t know how to handle it. In the past 50 years it hasn’t mattered if a democrat or republican has been in the White House. The opposition party has done everything in their power to stymie legislation that would improve conditions in America. Our infrastructure is in need of repair across the country, we have to many homeless, drug use is out of control, our immigration problem is a nightmare. What does congress do they spend months on steroids use among athletes, they belittle judicial nominees and dig for dirt on any presidential appointees. I doubt there are but a few congressional representatives that could withstand such scrutiny. This is a nightmare, God less America, we will get through it.

The soviets are long gone, the economy is growing, crime is the lowest it’s been in decades, the world’s economy is lifting millions out of poverty, and things are fairly good. Get a life. Get a clue.
