My 51 year old car gets 31 miles per gallon, at 70 mph, carries two comfortably at 90, and that’s twice as many passengers as the average American gas hog hauls around 90% of the time, getting half the gas mileage. Technology has been around for both better safety and better mileage, but “big oil” never liked the idea of using it. Fun and practicality can go together. We can’t do away with gas completely for a long time, but we can stop wasting it, and the land, atmosphere, and oceans.

I’m thinking that the auto maker that produced Humvees back in the day, wants to start producing them again.

Another Car cartoon? Henry do you have a Car Fetish? are you one of those freaks we see on Basic Cable that proclaim their love for their 1976 Volkswagen? Word of advice, next time, don’t do it running, the fumes are getting to you.
