Oh, I can’t resist: It should be THY ball, THY penalty. THINE was used before words starting with vowels, as in “Drink to me only with THINE eyes . . .”. Same for MY and MINE, as in “MINE eyes have seen the glory . . .”. But THEE is used correctly. On the other hand, I don’t get the joke.
