words I had trouble with: heights > hates, bottle → battle, hot → hat (to be fair she also had an accent), miuk (?) < did not understand what that meant till she came out with the box of ‘milk’, and that was in England
In what exotic dialect does “room” sound remotely like “rum?” I’ve never heard anything close to that, and I have traveled a pretty fair amount.
