Maybe an explanatory note of some kind would help.

I don’t think the founding fathers could have imagined today’s political landscape in their worst nightmares.

I don’t think our Founding Fathers would have said “like”.

Politics. another reason to retreat to my bunker and close the door. I hate it when otherwise rational and educated people start blathering about people events and systems over which they have little meaningful effect and use their limited knowledge to feed their prejudices and fears. And I do mean both sides. I don’t even want to hear the playground fall back “He started it”. Grow up.

For some reason, I thought it was Adams to the left and Ben Franklin to the right. Franklin was older and was probably the smartest of the group, considering he was one of the leading scientists of the day. But it’s a cartoon! Who knows but the guy who made it? LOl!

Well the Founding Fathers were fairly smart. But they were still wrong in limiting our freedoms based on the Social norms of the day. They really thought that these rights only applied to white land owners instead of all people. Maybe we should reboot the Constitution to fix that.#RealChange
