Drop the constant use of digital media to justify/glorify one’s existence. When one frequently writes to social sites and just as often gets a less than desired response, it brings both disappointment and growing unhappiness in its place.
For better outcomes, turn the addiction off for at least 12 hours each day, and leave it in an out-of-sight location. Find a garden to tend, a book to read, someone to help, or a member of your family who needs your attention.

Get your priorities straight. For me these are (in no particular order): life itself, my health, my family, my faith and my freedom. These are the only things worth living for; these are the only things worth fighting for; these are the only things worth dying for. All else is irrelevant.
Be proactive and work towards these ends and you won’t have time to worry about the small stuff – and most of it is small stuff.
I think the Dr. Phil disease has become an epidemic. (there is always someone around to give you all the answers about how you are supposed to be living your life.
