He’s focussed on keeping the cash safe from theft by employees and she’s focussed on someone else getting the personal care that they need. She’s definitely suited for social work….obviously the benefit package is for upper management.
When I was a state employee we got excellent health and retirement benefits, which inspired wrath in the other taxpayers. They never noted our take home pay was around half of what we’d have gotten doing the same job in the private sector. Plus we got a one week vacation.
