I used to work with someone who would read his emails, but absolutely would not – WOULD NOT – answer any of them. No matter how important the email, or the questions in them. When I would get him on the phone and ask him if he got my email, it would be “yea, I got it”. Eventually he was fired, and I believe that was a big reason why.

I used to play with an abacus when I was little, and I’m no that old, we had a computer and a game system in the house…..
