I’m disappointed. I wanted Tracy to end up arresting Green Hornet.

And he’s just named Kato in front of the law, careless

So, if Topper wakes up before Tracy & company, does he go on and try to shake down the next bank on his list? He might have better immunity to the green stuff because of the 3 million cigars he has smoked during his lifetime…

“But we’re not done yet….” If the Green Hornet wants to take any prisoner, I should think it would be Cyrus Topper, to return him to Central City for justice; but is Topper actually wanted by the Law there?

I do not think GH has any plan to kidnap Sam; more likely, he is directing Kato to hold him still either to prevent his interference with the gas grenade or because GH wants to seize his Wrist Wizard or plant a listening bug on him.

But it not easy to read the mind of the Green Hornet! I will simply add that Kato is right that they should leave ASAP….

For what it’s worth: Archive.org has the three Gold Key GH comics, as well as one that is probably from Harvey. Looks like a bunch of Dell Lone Ranger comics too.

So, I guess the Green Hornet maintains his cover as a “criminal” while delivering Topper into the arms of the law. Credit to Mike for working everything out.
