WASHINGTON (CNN)President Donald Trump’s approval rating in a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS stands at 35%, down five points over the last month to match his lowest level yet.
Wellll….in his defense, I easily believe that he wholeheartedly BELIEVES he would have run in there. Of course, look at all the OTHER things he wholeheartedly believes (start with “the biggest inauguration crowd EVER” and go from there) and it makes perfect sense.
In Donnie’s fevered imagination, he is the bravest man in America, if not the whole world. He has long-since demonstrated his absolute ability at self-delusionment! In HIS imaginary world there is NOBODY braver, smarter or more “right” than Donald John Trump! It must be comforting, surrounding yourself with such massively self-serving though incorrect delusions!
Trump says things the crowds will like, even when he has no intention of doing anything since his real base is quite small. Once you know who they are and what they want, you can figure out when he is lying about it.
