When working in the ER, I’d have cops with sciatic pain. I’d which pocket there wallet was in and change to other hip and resolved. They spend so much time in the patrol it would irritate the nerve.
I had 2 fat wallets. I got sciatica on the right side. I trimmed both wallets and combined them in the left. Took a while, but I havn’t had any pain for months.
