By the look in the eyes, I’d say that Clover has been self medicating again.

Looks like Clover has been in the locoweed again.

Now she can run faster, and jump higher!

She’s just winging it. More useful than putting another kind of foil on her head…

It’s great, but only at speeds of 125+.

Is that thing on her head or in her head? If the latter, it may explain the vacant look.

Not to worry, Rose…. or anybody else who’s wondering.

It’s on a head harness.

Martin has made several for Clover, in an attempt to give her enough lift for flight, should she manage to reach airborne velocity.

(I also believe it’s a better picture of her color….. either the film or the colorist’s paint seems quite faded today.)

Unfortunately, Clover getS older every year….

we all do, but Martin doesn’t seem to realise it.

So, as the airfoil achieves microscopically better lift with each new version,

Clover achieves at least correspondingly less velocity.

She’s pleased to be the center of attention, though…

and proud that Scooter stopped in mid-ramble to check it out …

and he even looked at her a bit admiringly, for perhaps the first time.

WooHoo! Only 17 days before the first IndyCar race of the season! Yippee!

That dazed look of Clover’s is the anticipation of chasing those cars down in St. Petersburg.

Clover, like her owner Cloe, has always been a little light between the ears, if you get my drift.
