Genuinely clever. Always interested by how closely Canadians follow U.S. popular culture. Trying to imagine gangs from Nova Scotia getting into it with the B.C.ers!

There are the crips and bloods and now a new gang, the mutts.

This Stip has done something no other strip has, starting over again with Poncho in the womb. Now, it has turned back into a regular gag strip, Not that it is bad, but after 150 toons of Poncho being born and then getting a master it has now fallen back into place. The strip is good, apparently it has always been good. I’ll keep tuneing in :)

Commander Bobo, I suspect that there are plenty more “Year One”-specific scenarios to come. But I’ve got no problem with Gilligan varying the pace. Today’s strip may be a gag strip rather than a continuity-builder, but I imagine this upcoming encounter with Boomer will still be something that wouldn’t have worked outside the “PY1” framework.

I feel some very familar ‘new’ characters are going to be introduced what with Boomer talking about forming a pack - maybe even the intro of the Cafe. I for one am looking forward to seeing a Puppy Poo-Poo and a puppy Droolsia!
