Sometimes something comes along to remind us of what life is all about.

I miss Bill. This is an example of why.

Fear is a powerful drug, and we have been weaned on it. Love is the reboot that is needed, but you have to make that choice of your own accord before it can overcome.

Now that’s a really well done neat and concise story! Love it! Where do I sign up? Of course I’m too old now, and I had my life directed by others in many ways, starting with the draft in 1968, so I’m seeing this view from the wrong end. But all you young people out there…. Go for it before humans destroy this beautiful planet we live on. BTW, climate change is absolutely real, I’ve watched it happen.

Life may be a ride, but it’s not “just” a ride. Leaving isn’t simple. Trying to leave a ride while it’s running is often fatal.

Careful planning is the minimum of what’s required, and even that doesn’t guarantee success. If the ride is all you’ve known, there’s no way to be sure that you’ll have what’s needed for survival once you’re off.
