I was older and I mostly liked them even now. Though some parts I didn’t like. There is a version floating around that has no mention of meticlorians, very little of Jar Jar and it seems to be better for it.
I’ve had no problem forgetting they ever existed, young kids should be safe. But will they appreciate the originals so many decades on? That’s the real parental frustration .

To be fair, I actually liked that movie when it first came out… I was seven, gimme a break.
