The blastocyst containing the DNA of a RETARDED PERSON wouldn’t be enough to save it if this took place in Chimpy McStagger’s Texas.
I think Mr. Bolling is forgetting that the blastocyst is a minor – was under the age of 18 years when the crime was committed – and so can’t be executed regardless. Should just be imprisoned until the age of 25.
