I had to look up “tracer rounds”. Amazing how ingenious humans can be when it comes to weaponry. Luckily we can be just as creative in other areas of endeavour. Did enjoy the strip though…

“You should start a Frazz Facebook page,” my syndicate told me several years ago, “because readers often like to know the background story behind strips.” I did start that page, and tried to take it a little further than just superficial explanations, and I couldn’t be more delighted with how it’s gone.
