Personally, I always thought Sendak’s best book was “Pierre”, who didn’t care. Remind you of another infantile mind currently in the news pretty often?
Looking at this one now, at the very end of 2020, it looks remarkably prescient. I may yet come to rue those words in the next few weeks, though: the wild things, unfortunately, are still out there, and will be even without their (current) leader.

Fairy tale ending.
We’re still in the middle of the Trumpus and this GOP Senate would never impeach and we’ll never get an indictment.
All we can do is wait for Florida and many other states to vote blue and then fix the damage he leaves behind.
