Seems like the LAST time we saw Phil – he was taller and more muscular. I was wondering where Phil had gone – at least he is not entirely gone. But, not so long ago – Phil at least made an appearance during the Holiday strips – but not so much lately. Hopefully, we will see more of Phil in 2018 than we saw in 2017.
