Yeah, right back at ya.

Sure, they smile in your face.

When they were in the partial shadow of the moon, they faced a situation in which a difficult choice had to be made between two or more alternatives – watch the eclipse painfully or miss the rare show. It was a dilumbra.

Why is this funny or what does it mean?

Students, please…. it isn’t the eclipse that’s painful….

it’s watching the eclipse that hurts.

But watch it they must….

At first, I thought that looking at an eclipse turns everyone into goats. Then I saw the Band-Aids on their back. I don’t know which makes more sense.

The eclipse turned out to be a pain in the neck….
