“Counter” also means “opposite” or “against”, so wouldn’t “counter intelligence” just mean “dumb”? (Gee, I love me some quotation marks!)
Not if you get the one which looks like concrete, then you’ll not only have an all purpose laminate which looks indestructible but also you’ll have counter-counter-intelligence… hmmm, hmmm….
