Trickle down has never worked and if completely illogical. If you were paying a guy to mow your lawn and he was doing a decent job, and you got a raise at work, would you pay him more or hire someone to help him? Neither will the 1%ers. They will only hire more staff if they are able to sell more product than they can produce with the current staff. The only way to increase demand is to put more money into the hands of people who will spend it instead of stashing it in the Caymans. Trickle UP is the only way to improve the economy for everyone, including the !%ers.
Considering what the elephant “Genie” is saying he’ll do to grant the wish, it’s costume would be better served if it were a clown’s regalia. I agree with Dianne Lee! However, as a ‘Nitpicker’ I must point out that – if the corporate tax cut is large enough – such as the one foisted in the American public by Cowboy Ronnie – there IS some concomitant “trickle down!” It is, however, never even close to the amount predicted by the republicans ‘gifting’ the rich, and never close to the amount spent – never!
