My favorite sounds-awful-but-tastes-great lemonade recipe..
Four cups water.
One cup lemon juice.
Maple Syrup or Honey or Unrefined Sugar, between half a cup and one cup.
Cayenne Pepper powder, one eighth to one fourth teaspoon.
Serve iced.
I actually use close to twice the amount of cayenne, but that’s just me.
