I worked at a comic shop from 1975 to 1976, and I remember when we got some Trek merchandise in, and my boss happily said “You could bring in a piece of [I’m going to sanitize this here, kids!] old Kleenex tissue and say that Shatner blew his nose on it, and they’d buy it!”
