    the journalist is happy ,he will have a “story” to report, the peaceful protester turns violent when the police try to arrest the one who set the garbage can on fire

    This reminds me of Rump’s plan to reduce crime through mass deportations. That could work if you deport every single person in the country (not just immigrants). No people, no crimes.

    They can’t apprehend an entire city, but they can over tax them, and threaten them for helping immigrants.

    The entire city approach, wasn’t that used in the movies “Escape From New York” and “Escape from LA”? Do you think the White House is planning on instituting Concentration Prison cities to offset Sanctuary cities? Or will they just turned Sanctuary cities into prisons?
