Even if Stephan Pastis is a liberal he cracks me up whenever there are stupid puns or, even better, the idiot crocodiles try to kill the Zebra in order to eat him yet their plans always fail due to their incompetence!
I agree with Darsan54 that the PBS characters are drawn rather poorly. But you know, a mash up of Pearls and Prickly City actually sounds pretty good right now!
this week has been fun to read. Dif is cute! The best one was with Marmaduke and Carmen said “No one deserves that Dio.” my favorite because it is true. I wouldn’t wish torture of any kind on any enemy.

The puns are Pastis’ fault. The Pearls Before Swines characters are innocent victims, just like all the rest of us.

Prickly plus Pearls … ? This looks like trouble!
Actually, the hybrid comics are always fun. I’ve enjoyed this week of Prickly hybrids, and today’s is my favorite so far.
