I was at the used bookstore yesterday to get some lap time. One of the old cats was hogging the best easy chair. The approved method is the two-handed pancake turner maneuver, scooping up the cat, sitting, and placing him on your lap: he won’t even uncurl. Lucky for him an auxiliary cat showed up and I settled for another chair.
