By using a mule to pull the cart I assume that Lisa, as usual, is trying to blame Democrats. In this instance, she should simply be blaming the capitalist system she is so enamored of.

The military (and thereby, I presume, FEMA) have helicopters capable of moving equipment the size of a tank or a bus. Moving a container of emergency supplies to a remote area should be the work of hours, not days — if anyone cared enough to send the very best.
Puerto Rico’s transportation system was set up like that on purpose by the US government. If we wanted to get hurricane aid to them faster, we would have to act. We don’t, so we won’t. Thanks Republican’ts!
