Trump noted that Puerto Rico is that big, REALLY BIG Atlantic ocean, so how is he supposed to defend or help it? Right, build a golf course and destroy their economy further, again?
Puerto Rico owes the U.S. billions, I guess they are on their own, at least that appears to be the Republican thinking. They are not sending in the military to help.
