“Living” in Florida is never a problem – if you’re wealthy like Donnie or Rush – you just ‘leave’ whenever problems arise, and ‘return’ after your people have repaired the damage! For the rest of you Floridians – well, your “job” is to maintain the flow of state and federal taxes to maintain the infrastructure that helps maintain their lifestyle and, remember, your comfort and even your survivial is TOTALLY beside the point!

Unless “There” is Houston, or Atlanta, or Barbuda, or out on a Caribbean cruise, or South Carolina. You would think the “conservatives” would be more into conservation, but the only thing they seem to conserve are tax cuts for the rich.

I’m impressed that Branson rode out the hurricane in his wine cellar. And he’s got the money to pay for the repairs to his Island. It must be heartbreaking when you love some place as much as he loves that home.

You can bet that Trump would never ride out a hurricane at Mar-A-Lago. Of course he probably doesn’t have a wine cellar there. More like a wine attic. And you know the taxpayers might end up paying for the repairs to all of his properties that are damaged by these hurricanes.

You could not pay me enough to live there. It’s like New Jersey with reptilian ( animal) life forms.

The hurricane equalizes all classes -we’re all stuck in the same traffic and airports outa town – except for those with private planes or Air Force One at their disposal. Then, there’s Richard Branson, who rode out the brunt of Irma in his fortified wine cellar on his Caribbean island.
