The slow slide from being a Republic into tyranny has begun. A convention of states, could, instead of “fixing” things, make them infinitely worse. Like make over the Govt so that only the GOTP has control. If there is a Convention of the States when the 34 states required to rewrite the Constitution are all members of the GOTP, that in itself would be the beginning of the end of the US. First the West coast states would leave, then the New England states would break away, leaving all the Red States, without any access to all that Federal money that came from the Blue states. While the GOTP .01% would prosper, the 99% would all become debt slaves, with a lifespan equal to that of East Germany. No EPA, no rules or laws that the rigid right claims stifles business owners. No middle class either, either vast wealth, or extremely poor.In any case, a Convention of the States signals the beginning of the end of the Republic.Maybe someone will write a book, the Decline and Fall of the American Empire

The ‘convention’ that the koch boyz have funded to change the Constitution will further the underhanded killing of the republic that their father, Fred Koch began when J. Stalin gave him the mission in the mid-30’s. You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.

It’s pretty easy to see and understand when you read a bio of Freddie-poo. Fred Koch was an extremely bright engineer, and Stalin was a genius, a rarity among poisonous beasts, really. Their partner-ship is in full swing and quite well advanced. As in advertising, it isn’t called “Subverting the US”; no, it’s called the ‘conservative revolution’.Names, shames: you’ll be dealing with it all your life.

We start from the ground up in out states and keep working towards a fix until it happens. Not paying attention and being involved is how it got to this state. It’s up to us to fix it.

Which is why you either have a neutral party draw the lines of the same size and to never redraw them again or remove the lines totally and have them at large.

And that’s why I rarely write my republican Senators and “representative”; I just don’t want to get a bs email back full of lies about why they’ll vote the way they always do.
