I don’t think it is a good idea to let Jason smear your back. You will never know what he will put there.

Nab and ladyfingers - it’s the ‘warm before the storm’,,, here on the front range in Colorado, we get that quite often (relatively speaking,, once or twice a season) - unusually balmy weather that precedes a killer blizzard. Read about it one time - something about how on one side of a strong low pressure system air is aggressively moved in from the south - until the system hits,, then BAM… maybe Jason is just a day early..

jackmatt - Here in KS, we get “unusual temperatures” in about every season. I hadn’t ever noticed it being followed by a big storm system, guess I’ll have to start seeing it that holds true for here. It is rare that we don’t get a balmy (upper 60’s to low 80’s) week - give or take - each winter, usually January or February.

Nabuquduriuzhur: “One time in my 40 year tenure in Oregon we had a week of 70s the third week of January, 1986.”

Where in Oregon did you live? Portland recorded what was then an all-time high of 63 on Jan 18, and the rest of the week was not as warm.
