The GOP was good as the party of NO. They are useless for legislation. The current batch was elected to block a black man, not get along with an orange dictator.
That’s pretty much what people said: wait till they get complete control and see if they have any idea how to govern. I guess we found out the answer to that one.

Once you have Republican voting machines, voter suppression, gerrymandering, Koch network money, and Fox “news” in place reelection is probable.
Add Russian collusion and maybe it’s inevitable.
