Our dress code did not require top button be buttoned on our shirts. The principal explained he wouldn’t either if my chest weren’t so hairy. Even then, only in Mt Pettis’ class since he was the only one who objected. I always buttoned it when entering his classroom, unbuttoned on my way out the door.
