Agreed. Marcus would be much better off contracting with professional property managers. Deray moved out to San Diego (then L.A.) to be the equipment manager for a professional football team, not manage an apartment building.

The four of us working what was my mom’s house. We plan to lease. My mom passed last year from cancer. The 4 is sister/husband, and husband and I.
Right….let family and friendship be separate from job.
