At first I thought Garfield got a new “friend” (imaginary friend, that is) to replace Clyde.

I have no name for my fridge.

I guess PowerBoy’s fridge is named William because of NFL defensive lineman Chicago Bear (and Philadelphia Eagles) Wm. “the Fridge” Perry because of Perry’s humungous size.

EDIT (12:30 PST) @Johanan Rakkav: my late mother (1953-2004) had a concert harp since she was about 15. Now it’s in the possession of a niece of hers. Its name was Phoebe.

I don’t call my refrigerator by name. I save that for my Celtic harp.
