Luckily, Joel has the fortitude, gumption, and smarts to be able to make the best of even the most adverse situation! Fortunately, even though it is annoying to have been led up a waterwheel by Rufus’ shenanigans…. Joel is still doing the right thing in posing as Santa and brightening the lives of these two unfortunate kids.
After this chaos, Joel will deserve to get some real nice pipe tobacco and to also have a few swallows from the jug.
