I am 60 and a tai chi teacher. Most of my participants begin that way, barely bending, & after consistent tai chi (Chen style, the original that other styles spin off of) they have increased circulation, balance, mobility & flexibility. Tai chi is the one training method that only becomes better as you age. Harvard medical school wrote a book a few years back on the benefits of tai chi and your heart and other organs. No side affects by doing tai chi. It would be an interesting storyline to see the men hit up a tai chi class under a true Master of the Art.
