I’m pretty surprised there are still no comments in the first ever ripley’s published in this site.
Ostriches: That’s pretty amazing considering the average life expectancy of an ostrich is 40-45 years old (according to google.). That’s like if people lived up to over 160 years old.
Interest rating (In my opinion): ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
Michail: Huge kudos to him for not giving up despite having almost being unable to do anything…
Interest rating (In my opinion): ★★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
Barry: 100 hours?! I wouldn’t even take a bath for 100 minutes… Why?! Never bean there, never will!
Interest rating (In my opinion): ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆

When was the original BION published? I remember reading it back in the 50’s (in Spanish—"Aunque Usted No Lo Crea").

Ripleys BION has been with us for a long long time. Back in the 50’s’ there was even a tv series based on it staring Mr. Ripley himself. I suspect that the Jan 1, 1996 was just the beginning of a new era.
