I have always wondered about “Personal space”… So women don’t want their genitalia near a mans BUT its OK to squish their breasts on men? LOL

There is nothing wrong with the last panel. I find it a ‘release’ of emotions on both their parts. I think Elly’s just surprised by Ed’s statement !

It took my younger brother’s death to realize some things. He married, at age 60, a wonderful woman, who loved and appreciated him. They were together only a few short years but filled their days with joy and love – traveling and sharing their life.

His passing made me aware of how short our time with one another can be. I value and cherish every day I share with my esposa maravilhosa ! I don’t know how long we will have together – I hope we have decades and decades – but being I realist, I make every day we have together count !

Howtheduck Did the author of this strip do something to hurt you in some way? I’ve never read such mean and nasty comments. Why?

HOWTHEDUCK - I’ve known one as you describe. Have also known 100s who probably would not consider your comments as real. Perhaps you have had a similar personal experience. Sorry about that, but don’t condemn every opportunity to express feelings the way you have. In other words, don’t look for the negative without seeing the positive.

What I’ve always loved about this comic is it’s so true to life. We’ve experienced in some way or another. And to all of you who gave or give your service thank you.

Very heart touching. I can think of some people I wish I’d had a chance to ask to hug someone in heaven for me. I’ll remember this the next time I meet someone who’s close to heaven – go hug my dad for me, and my former pastor and other friends and doggone it now I’ve made myself cry!

For anyone who comes here to read old comments and wonders what everyone is talking about, I had a comment that was flagged and the moderator removed it. The comment of mine which got everyone upset was when I pointed out in the last panel that Ed has Elly’s arms pinned, so it looks like he is giving an Elly an unwelcome hug. Other people disagreed with that interpretation using the personal insults you see above.
