Andre is a great kid. And he is such a good friend to Petey.

I wouldn’t say there was any tension, but for God’s sake give us a character that stirs ANY emotion in your hypothetical reader, Petey!

I’m trying to think of a compatible sidekick for Dr. Stasis. Maybe ‘Inertia’?

Dr. Stasis is the ultimate time traveling scoff law. He went back in time and travels his younger self as his sidekick.“I knew you would say that.” “I knew you would do that.”

I for one appreciate Petey’s scrupulously ensuring that we all understand Dr. Stasis is not a real doctor.

I haven’t read an anti-climax that masterful as Petey’s since today’s Mary Worth.

Oh come on! Not one person got the ‘Time Lord’ bit? A 900 year old time traveller from another part of the universe?

The similarities to a certain overseas-TV character are obvious. And Andre more slyly than he realizes criticizes a weakness of that overseas TV show, especially in recent (ahem!) incarnations….
