Gee, and I thought that Congress controlled the budget, and Congress is Republican controlled. But that’s in the Constitution so we can’t expect Ramirez to know that…

Why doesn’t Trump build HIS wall and pay for it himself and if it works then we work it out as to how to get him HIS money back?

To see what is in front of one’s nose needs a constant struggle. – George Orwell

    .

Ramirez doesn’t want to engage in that struggle.

Mr. Ramirez’s willful ignorance is amazing to behold. I don’t even know where to begin. Maybe a little less time on the exquisite detail of your cartoons (they are amazing) and more time on researching, you know, reality.

What I see here is that Ramirez is saying that the Rump is going to make healthcare unaffordable, ignore national security, divide your country, and explode the deficit. One may disagree that the democrats did that, but since Ramirez believe they did, he is also saying that mr. Rump is doing all that.

It is fascinating how both parties are trying so hard to get the attention of the Millennials.

Trump’s proposals for “replace” include everything about Obamacare except for the name; It was based on Heritage Foundation’s alternative to Hillarycare. Single payer is better but some people think that is socialism. The economy Obama inherited required money to be invested; the stimulus should have been larger and contained fewer tax cuts o be more effective. Taxes should have been raised, not lowered, to pay for the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars which raised the deficit when Obama included those costs in the budget after Bush hid them off of the books. Republicans plotting on inauguration night 2009 to block anything Obama did and McConnell changing the Repub’s #1 priority from jobs to limiting Obama to one term the day after 2010 election, and epubs blocking things they previously wanted just because Obama wanted them is what divided the country.

.The greatest national security threat right now is not knowing how beholden Trump is to Russia.

    Mr. Raimirez,

The two states that had the biggest decrease in the uninsured were Arkansas and Kentucky. Two states that had Democratic governors that decided to take advantage of Obamacare.

The old guy in the white house only cares about himself. The big problem is he has blind followers.

Democrats got more people healthcare and slowed the rate hike of healthcare. How will the president replace this to bring more coverage for a cheaper price? Obama killed Osama bin Laden and didn’t allow terror attacks on US soil. Trump has already made the US less safe with his ill-planned border policies and has already sent soldiers to die just to get a standing ovation. Trump is the one dividing our country now, he is not bringing it together by being a bully and by his attack dogs. Trump is going to increase the military, increase border security and reduce taxes. How is he not going to increase the deficit?

It is fun to play the blame game, but really, what is the Republican plan on any of this stuff? Where is Trump and the Republican congress on any of these issues? It is fun to look back, but not its time to put on your big boy elephant pants and try to start making things great.
