The wall that I worry about is the one dividing the Democrats and Republicans. There are too many things that need too be done moderately to allow just one or just the other to get everything right the first time. Turning your back, not cooperating, and waiting until you have exclusive control is not really working, is it?
Why do you suppose the Muslim ban didn’t include Saudi Arabia, where Trump has a lot of business interests? Most of the 9/11 attackers were from Saudi Arabia. We are already seeing foreign policy determined by what is in Trump’s best interests, not that of the USA.
How long will it take Republican politicians to realize that Trump is a liability to them? I bet they are all nervously making their political calculations, waiting for just the right moment to stand up and pretend that they have principles.
But the Saudis are our ALLIES! Even though they support the extreme fundamentalist Wahabi sect, and Osama bin Laden was a Saudi, they are the terrorist state which must not be named.
