My take is that Nate is upset with something Teddy said {omitted as unimportant}, and Teddy wants Nate to forget it. Nate admits he’s still upset while extracting his revenge.

It doesn’t even have to be something Teddy said. I think that it is unimportant what it is Nate is or isn’t over, just that, because Teddy keeps pushing and not letting it go, he “brings it back”, if Nate actually was over it…

Guys I THINK it’s Nate throwing/hitting books (or snowballs) on Francis and Teddy.
