Henry Jones, Sr. got the remark “pen is mightier than the sword” from Marcus Brody after the former squirted his pen’s ink into a Nazi’s eye in the film “The Last Crusade.”
It should have been a pen of +5… something. I don’t play D&D.
The pen is mightier than the sword … unless it’s one on one.
No, it is what is written with that pen that can last a long time and rally armies. First coined by Lord Bulwer-Lytton. An occultist and writer.
The Pen can make the suffering go on for ever. The Sword ends it, quickly.
Then the orc takes what’s left of the pen and draws him quartered.
If Jason’s character was a bard he could have written a poem about the orc.
