Despite this we still seek that immortality so that in a hundred years, in two hundred, in three hundred years someone will see our name and go “I wonder who John Doe was.”

You really can be anywhere… if you can do astral protection.

Rat must love the book of Ecclesiastes.

Being forgotten after death doesn’t bother me since I won’t be around to think about it. It’s being forgotten before your death that hurts.

My comments will live forever!!

We always live on in the effect we have on other people. That’s why I know that since I spent 30 years as a teacher I can never really be dead. I wish however, the system was set up so that we lived 50-60 good productive years and then just woke up dead one morning. These retirement years all you Monday morning zombies are looking forward to are basically composed of using up all the strength you have in an few hours and spending the rest of the day trying to avoid dying of boredom.

Trump is President, embrace the Void. Enough Booze will cure anything.

We are all leaves on a deep pond. I saw some nice ones today. I expect to see some nice ones tomorrow. Someday, it matters not when, I will be one.

Names and individuals will be forgotten but actions will carry forward for much, much longer.

I’ll take a pint.

I speak with certainty on things of which I cannot know.

For some reason, I believe this makes me Holier Than Thou, rather than just hopeful and deluded.
